I don't see the install option on iPhone

Make sure you're using Safari browser. The install option won't appear in Chrome or other browsers on iOS.

The install banner doesn't appear on Android

Try refreshing the page. If it still doesn't appear, use the browser menu option instead (3 dots → Install app).

The app doesn't work offline

Visit the app while online at least once to cache all resources. The service worker needs to download files first.

How do I uninstall the app?

iOS: Long-press the app icon and tap "Remove App"
Android: Long-press and drag to "Uninstall" or use Settings → Apps
Desktop: Use the app's menu or your system's app management
